Admin Controller (Property) - Job Description
Introduction
Our client, a prominent player in the FMCG sector, is seeking an Admin Controller (Property). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing landlord rental invoicing, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, and managing the recovery of rental charges from retailers.
Responsibilities
Reconcile landlord invoices & ensure timely payments
Verify utility charges & rental recovery from retailers
Manage accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and address queries
Assist with cash flow submissions, system optimizations, and staff performance
Required Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Financial Management (or equivalent)
5+ Years in Debtors/Creditors Control and Property
Lease Administration
Proficient in MS Office (SAP experience is a Plus)
