Responsibilities
Monthly expense analysis Reconciling of balance sheet accounts Help prepare financial reports and summaries for internal use Posting GL Journals Payment authorization Preparation of audit file Manco Reporting Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards Communicate with internal teams regarding financial matters Perform general administrative tasks related to finance and accounting
Required Qualifications
Matric Financial Diploma or Degree 2 – 5 years accounting reporting experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Basic understanding of accounting principles (IFRS) Skills: Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have excellent customer communication skills Must possess problem solving, Good communication Interpersonal skills Holistic, strategic, and analytical thinking Assertiveness Innovative Internal Motivation Must be a self-starter
