Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the implementation of employee benefits, conditions of service and remuneration of employees in the Fund.
  • Coordinate the process of administering the incapacity leave process (Pillar).
  • Coordinate the maintenance of the Human Resource Information of the Fund.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognised by SAQA in Human Resource Management. 4 years’ functional experience in human resource administration environment of which 2 years should be supervisory experience at Senior Practitioner level or equivalent level.
