Purpose Statement
To lead a team of agents to ensure SLA adherence within Recoveries Administration by strategically implementing processes and reporting to optimize client query handling, without increasing reputational risk to the benefit of Capitec Bank.
Experience
Minimum:
Minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience in a banking, retail, finance, client service environment
Ideal:
- Previous people leadership experience
- Function relevant experience; deceased estates
- Qualifications (Minimum)
- National Diploma
- Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge
Minimum:
