Minimum Requirements
Qualification:
- Relevant Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management
Experience:
- 5+ years in Warehouse Management
Skills:

- Strong managerial and problem-solving abilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- DC Layout Standards & Procedures: Ensure optimal DC layout, manage transport costs, and streamline warehouse operations.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS): Oversee and optimize WMS for seamless inventory management.
Operational Oversight:
- Manage inbound, put-away, replenishment, picking, and dispatch processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Equipment Management: Ensure the maintenance and effective management of warehouse equipment.
KPI Management:
- Monitor, report, and achieve KPIs to drive performance and operational success.
- Policy & Procedure Enforcement: Enforce warehousing policies and procedures, ensuring consistent best practices across all operations.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Security Management:
- Supervise warehouse security operations to minimize risks and ensure asset protection.
Staff Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to ensure high productivity and a positive work environment.
Shrinkage Control:
- Monitor and address shrinkage, ensuring inventory accuracy and minimizing losses.
