About the Company
- We are seeking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our branch in Durban!
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities and manage staff as per roster.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Managing and reporting workplace incidents and safety breaches.
- Manage the quality of work completed by maintenance staff within the warehouse. Ensure proper cleaning and tagging of price cards.
- Ensuring all cars are accurately described.
- Ensure that all inspections and repairs comply with local, state and federal regulations, as well as the branch’s policies and procedures.
- Communicate inspection findings and repair recommendations to the Warehouse Manager. Supervision of floor maintenance staff, warehouse drivers, key room, and photobooth.
- Control and monitoring of all inbound processes, such as rejects and inspections. Management of 3rd party logistics, including TAC and deinstallation of tracking units.
- Close monitoring and enforcement of company policies related to fuel requirements across departments.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness on the sales floor, as well as prompt response to any spills to maintain overall neatness.
- Direct reporting to the Operations Manager.

Required Qualifications
- Matric Valid
- Driving license
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar position
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Maintenance or Operational Management (Advantageous)
