Responsibilities
- Design and create large-format print-ready files for sublimation clothing using CorelDraw.
- Use patterns and templates to lay out designs efficiently for optimal material use and cost-effectiveness. Work closely with the production team to make sure designs meet specifications and quality standards. Customize designs according to production requirements and solve technical issues with files.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date library of design templates and files. Identify and implement improvements in the design and production process
Required Qualifications
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, with extensive experience in CorelDraw.
Skills and Qualities:
- Experience with sublimation designs or in a similar field.
- Knowledge of color theory and printing processes.
- Strong technical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience in a production environment, especially textiles or sublimation.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and ability to resolve technical issues quickly.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact.
