Responsibilities
- Serve as a refined ambassador of our brand, delivering a warm, personalized, and memorable client experience
- Anticipate and exceed client expectations by offering thoughtful, tailored solutions that reflect their unique needs and style
- Consistently monitor and strive to surpass individual and store sales targets
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and stay attuned to evolving trends in jewellery, fashion, and design Proactively seek opportunities to cultivate new client relationships and drive business growth Ensure the store remains impeccably presented and fully stocked to reflect the brand’s standards of excellence
Required Qualifications
- A Grade 12 qualification
- 1 Years Sales experience (luxury or hospitality is essential) Articulate and poised, with a deep appreciation for fine craftsmanship and storytelling.
- Proactive in approach and consistently exceed expectations
- Maintains the highest standards of presentation, with a discerning eye for detail and Jewellery craftmanship
- Navigates luxury environments with grace, sensitivity, and professionalism
- Builds genuine client relationships while maintaining confidentiality
