Responsibilities

Provide IT expertise and support in accordance with agreed framework of programming standards. Develop, maintain and enhance existing systems as per required specifications and to provide input into programming standards.

Deliver high-quality software solutions within agreed timelines. Build unit and systems tests to ensure successful delivery of software solutions Support development environments.

Mitigate potential risks within the IT programming environment by complying with technology business policy and process requirements (SDLC and change / release management process definition) to ensure operational performance.

Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate and needed.

Required Qualifications

Have a relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science, B.Eng, BSC Eng, BSC Informatics or related degree.

Have 3-5 years or more of related experience.

Experience with one or more programming language such as Java or.NET Experience with container orchestration tools Experience with microservices architecture and Agile methodologies.

Experience with CI/CD Experience with PostgreSQL and or Microsoft SQL Server
