Commercial - Sales and Marketing - Job Description
Introduction
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is the largest African Coca-Cola bottler, accounting for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes on the continent. CCBA is a market leader in the NARTD (non-alcoholic ready to drink market) in Africa. CCBA has an extensive footprint in Africa, employing over 13 000 employees.
Responsibilities
Timeous and orderly execution of proforma invoices o Including all SAP transactions and file administration.
• Timeous and orderly execution of export orders o Including all SAP transactions and file administration.
o Track and ensure end – to end execution of each order. o Open and close file for each order.
• Book production and inventory at respective plants.
• Manage Freight Forwarding, including shipping and road transport.
• Manage payments and related documentation.
• Run & compile all required reports for operational management and month end closure. Judgement and decision making:
• Daily decision making as per Key Outputs & Accountability
Required Qualifications
Export Distribution or Freight Forwarding Training
• Advantageous – National Diploma
Experience:
• 2-3 years’ experience as Export Controller Competencies • Problem solving skills. • Good planner and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Manage & develop relationships.
• Customer service orientation.
• Good communication skills.
• Administrative accuracy is critical
