What you will do
- Slip vessels and build bilge blocks and wedges
- Adjust blocks while the cradle moves
- Operate slipway machinery and workshop power tools
- Follow safety rules and report faulty equipment
What you need
- Grade 12 or a trade test certificate
- 1 year's experience as a handyman or similar
- Knowledge of dry docking and basic OHS
