Clerk Buyer - Job Description
Responsible for the creation and administration of site master data, mass data loading for National Administration, and management of Article Master, Pricing Master, and Vendor Master relationship data in collaboration with various teams internally and externally. This role also includes various administrative tasks to support organizational operations. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures within Pick n Pay to maintain data integrity and compliance
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Experience in analysing data and dependent processes and reporting
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- Excel Skills
- SAP Article Master and Vendor Master Data experience advantageous

Key Responsibilities
- Data management
- Administer site creation by ensuring that all site take-on forms (STOF) are validated in a timely manner.
- Manage data transports between various SAP environments.
- Conduct audit checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy in SAP.
- Monitor and ensure that IDOCs are addressed daily.
- Create and load LSMWs (Legacy System Migration Workbench) for various departments.
- Manage and maintain the SAP Hierarchy and CatMan Hierarchy.
- Report on team SLA performance.
- Provide workload and business reporting.
- Respond to support requests internally and externally via email or call logging system.
- Maintain Article Master data.
- Manage Vendor Master relationship data elements.
