Key Purpose Statement
To develop, implement and maintain effective account plans thereby managing the profitable sales of CCBSA products, and the development and maintenance of new business relationships and opportunities so that customer excellence, brand loyalty and profitable volume growth are achieved.

Key Outputs and Accountabilities
Channel Plans implemented within Team
• Providing the channel teams with an order taking and merchandising service within the L&T channel.
• Effectively deploying the MOT channel resources aligned to the Channel strategy and Route to Market.
• Managed and improved outlet density within Market logistics Partner designated territories.
• Implementation of team's Channel Plans in Local & Tradition Class of Trade.
• Execution of L&T Pay 4 performance plan within guidelines provided by the Channel Manager
• Executing cooler productivity plan including achieving minimum cooling by tier & removal of underperformers
• Supporting MOT’s to achieve competency in roles
• Execution of Team's On Job Coaching plan within guidelines provided by the Channel Manager
• Conducting in Trade Audits aligned to the requirements of the job (measuring team's impact in the trade)
Business Targets Achieved

Skills, Experience & Education Key Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
• Minimum requirement: Matric and completed sales and marketing qualification. Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, would be advantageous.
Experience
• Minimum requirement: 2 years relevant FMCG experience in a sales and marketing environment.
• Experienced driver with a code 08 divers licence
• Proven track record in an Account Manager role would be an advantage
