Head of Sales - Job Description
Introduction
RPO Recruitment's Client is looking for candidates to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This position is Head of Sales, you will report to the CEO and serve as a member of their leadership team. You must be very ambitious, driven and strategic.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience generating revenue as Head of Sales.
Proficiency in at least two of these languages:
- English, Afrikaans, Zulu, Xhosa.
- Experience in selling B2B services to Mid-Market & Enterprise clients.
- Experience in building, managing and coaching sales teams.
- Exceptional achievement of sales goals, presentation and communication skills.
- Strategic and “hands-on” mindset and attitude.
- Experience in developing an advanced sales stack with significant automation.
- Technically savvy, you will be selling a technology-based product.
Experience building an end-to-end sales pipeline:
- identifying and developing prospects from various of sources (lead lists, outside resources). Comfortable communicating and selling to C-suite-level clients.
- Ability to quickly adopt and learn sales processes, from prospecting to giving presentations and closing deals.
- Driven relationship-based sales performer.
- Proficient with technology, and sales and marketing tools, such as Fresh sales or HubSpot.
