Responsibilities

As Chief Personnel Officer: Human Resource Management, you will:
• Conduct recruitment and selection processes within the Sheltered Employment Factories
• Facilitate the benefits administration process within the Factories
• Render Employee Wellness support within the Sheltered Employment Factories
• Render Labour Relations administration support
• Coordinate training and development initiatives and the performance management system

Required Qualifications

To qualify for this post, you'll need:


• A three-year tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management (NQF Level 6)
• 2 years' functional experience in human resource management services
• Knowledge of departmental policies and procedures, HRM policies, training and development, public service regulations, the Public Service Act, SDA, SDLA, EEA, management and budgeting, Batho Pele Principles, HIV/AIDS-related legislation and policies, the National Strategic Plan on HIV, AIDS and STIs, the Integrated Employee Health and Wellness Framework, EHWP policies, and Human Resource Development strategy and policies
• Planning and organising, communication, computer literacy, analytical, facilitation, interpersonal, leadership, presentation, report writing, time management, and training and development skills
