Introduction

The Department of Employment and Labour is hiring a Senior Administration Officer: Beneficiary Services, reference HR4/4/6/30, based at the Provincial Office in Limpopo. The post pays R413,001 per annum, with applications closing on 10 July 2026.
This role suits someone with operations, training, or learning and development experience, looking to support UIF beneficiary services and Labour Centre training functions at provincial level.

About the Company

This role focuses on supporting training delivery and operational reporting across Labour Centers in Limpopo, particularly around the Workplace Skills Plan and core operational systems like Siyaya (ICRS and UI Online). You'll also coordinate stakeholder communications and statistical reporting for the Operations Division.

Responsibilities

As Senior Administration Officer: Beneficiary Services, you will:


• Verify the list of training needs in line with the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)
• Provide training to processing staff and Client Service Officers on procedures, processes, and relevant systems
• Verify monthly statistics for sections within the Operations Division and Labour Centres
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, including campaigns and briefing sessions, across the business unit and Labour Centres
• Provide administration services to the business unit

Required Qualifications

To qualify for this post, you'll need:


• An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration, Public Management, Human Resource Development, or Management, recognised by SAQA
• 2 years' functional experience in an Operations/Training/Learning and Development environment
• Knowledge of the Unemployment Insurance and Contributions Act, Batho Pele Principles, Employment Services, Assessment, the Siyaya operations system (ICRS and UI Online), PERSAL, Logis, the Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levies Act, Public Service Regulations, the Public Service Act, and Human Resource Development strategy
• Communication, computer literacy, training, interpersonal, presentation, project management, and report writing skills
