Responsibilities
• Support the Handy Man with maintenance and repairs across sites
• Assist with carpentry, painting, ceiling repairs, dry walling, masonry, plumbing, and tiling
• Prepare tools and materials ahead of jobs
• Help with inspections and accurate issue reporting
• Complete digital job cards and reports via mobile app
• Respond promptly to site call-outs, urgent and planned
• Keep the Handy Man and Operations Manager informed
• Follow health, safety, and operational procedures
• Be available for standby duty
Required Qualifications
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• 1–2 years' maintenance support experience
• Working knowledge of carpentry, painting, tiling, plumbing, general repairs
• Valid driver's licence, willing to travel between sites
• Comfortable with smartphone-based reporting
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and safety-conscious
