What You'll Do
• Verify and align the National Annual Performance Plan (APP) with the Provincial APP and Labour Centre work plans • Verify and develop Provincial Information reports • Manage the analysis of provincial performance information to determine its impact on the labour market • Oversee management of the provincial resource centre/library • Manage all resources within the Sub-Unit
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
• Three-year relevant qualification in Public Administration, Public Management or Monitoring and Evaluation, or an Advanced Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation (NQF Level 6, SAQA-recognised) • 4 years' functional experience in Performance Management, Statistics Services or Monitoring and Evaluation, of which 3 years must be at Officer/Senior Officer level • Valid driver's licence • Working knowledge of the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations and relevant prescripts, Labour Legislation and policies, Batho Pele Principles, statistics and database software, Labour Centre and Business Unit functioning, and labour market dynamics
