To support Deal Maker in structuring lending deals, preparing credit submissions and documentation for credit review, and assisting with the management of the regional commercial property finance portfolio.Key Responsibilities

Analyse financial and credit information to assess risk and support lending decisions.
Assist Deal Makers in structuring commercial property finance transactions.
Prepare high-quality credit applications and supporting documentation for Credit Committee reviews.
Deliver excellent client service through proactive and appropriate financing solutions.
Maintain a strong understanding of economic conditions, business risks, and financial statements.
Ensure all credit submissions and related activities are accurate, timely, and of a high standard.
Accountable for individual sales targets for the allocated area.
Perform end-to-end process from deal origination to deal conclusion by evaluating and presenting applications for funding and structure deals that contribute towards customer and FirstRand objectives and growth under guidance and supervision.
Manage existing customers and grow portfolio for less complex deals, through the development of innovative and appropriate solutions and by continuously engaging and building an understanding of the customer’s business and needs.
