TIPS TO STRENGTHEN YOUR APPLICATION
• Event scale matters. List the largest events you have managed, the number of attendees and the complexity of logistics you coordinated. National roadshows or multi-venue campaigns are particularly relevant.
• Agency management experience is listed specifically. If you have briefed and managed external event or branding agencies, describe this process in your profile.
• Brand audit experience is mentioned in the duties. If you have conducted brand compliance audits or developed corporate identity checklists, this is a differentiating experience worth highlighting.
• Budget management is an explicit requirement. Be specific about the budgets you have managed — both in terms of value and how you managed procurement within those budgets.
• Creative thinking alongside organizational discipline is the ideal combination for this role. Show both sides of your capability in your profile.
