TIPS TO STRENGTHEN YOUR APPLICATION
• Highlight your Red Seal trade test certificate clearly — this is the core, non-negotiable requirement for the post.
• Mention any quoting, costing, or client-facing plumbing experience, since handling job costs and client requisitions is part of the daily responsibilities.
• Note any experience training or mentoring apprentices, even informally — it directly matches one of the listed duties.
• Flag Mangaung Correctional Centre experience if applicable, as it's considered an added advantage by the Department.
• Prepare for the standard two-part pre-entry assessment process — a practical plumbing-related exercise and an integrity assessment.
• Since two posts are available, you don't need to apply more than once — focus on submitting one strong, complete application.
• Double-check your reference number (FSNC 2026/07/04) on all documents before submission to avoid processing errors.
