TIPS TO STRENGTHEN YOUR APPLICATION

• A PROSCI Change Management certificate is listed as an advantage. If you have this certification, make it prominent in your profile — it signals a structured approach to change that the GPAA values.
• ADKAR model knowledge is specifically mentioned. Be prepared to explain how you have applied the ADKAR model in practice during your interview.
• Culture survey experience — designing, coordinating and reporting on organisational culture assessments — is directly mentioned in the duties. If you have this background, describe it.
• Multiple posts are available, which increases your chances. However, ensure your profile is specific and detailed — vague applications will not succeed even when there are multiple vacancies.
