Introduction
The Department of Defence is recruiting a Administration Clerk: Supervisor based in Area Military Health Unit Western Cape (AMHU WC), Wynberg. This position offers an annual salary of R338,106 – R398,277 (Level 07). This role suits a candidate with solid Human Resource Administration experience looking to grow within the Public Service.

Responsibilities
• Record, organise, store, capture, and retrieve correspondence and data (line function)
• Update registers and handle routine enquiries
• Make photocopies and receive or send facsimiles
• Distribute documents/packages to various stakeholders as required
• Keep and maintain the component's filing system
• Type basic letters and correspondence when required
• Keep and maintain the incoming and outgoing register of the component
Required Qualifications
• A minimum of Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
• A minimum of three (3) years' experience in Human Resource Administration
• Knowledge of clerical duties and practices, with the ability to capture data, operate a computer, and collect statistics
• Knowledge of the legislative framework governing the Public Service
• Knowledge of working procedures within the working environment
• Planning and organisation skills, and computer literacy
• Proven ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal), and language skills
