Introduction
Dis-Chem needs a qualified Clinic Sister ready to run one of its in-pharmacy Primary Health Care clinics independently in Fleurdal, Bloemfontein — a permanent post for an experienced nursing professional.

Responsibilities
• Operate the clinic according to industry regulation and best practice
• Manage patient volumes and set goals to improve the patient experience
• Ensure the full clinic service range is consistently on offer
• Keep patient records accurate, current, and properly followed up
• Maintain the clinic's operating hours as scheduled
• Process medical aid claims accurately and promptly
• Keep clinic stock and equipment up to standard
• Build solid working relationships with patients, colleagues, medical aids, suppliers, and other healthcare partners
Required Qualifications
• Grade 12 / Matric
• Nursing qualification plus a Midwifery diploma or degree
• Registration with SANC
• BHF registration
• 2–3 years' experience running a Primary Health Care clinic (5+ years preferred)
• Solid MS Office skills
• Familiarity with Patient Record Systems, CKS, and Allegra advantageous
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
• Willing to work retail hours; clean credit and criminal record
• South African citizenship
