About this Senior Practitioner: Vocational Rehabilitation Bursaries position
Introduction
The Compensation Fund is recruiting a senior practitioner to run vocational rehabilitation bursaries from its Pretoria office. The post supports workers who were injured or fell ill at work and need training to return to the labour market. You would handle bursary administration, deal with internal and external stakeholders and support outreach campaigns. The salary is R413 001 per year, the reference number is HR5/1/2/3/36, and applications close on 16 October 2026. A wide range of NQF level 6 qualifications are accepted.
Vocational rehabilitation supports people who have been injured at work to rebuild their careers, so the post rewards candidates who care about service delivery. Because many different NQF level 6 fields are accepted, a graduate in business, HR, data analytics or developmental studies can apply, as long as there are two years of experience in vocational training or employability work. Prepare examples of liaising with stakeholders and handling data accurately. The post sits in Pretoria and applications are by email only, so combine your Z83 and CV into one attachment and check the spelling of the address.
